Our approach
Compliance is verified, not assumed. We do not claim that all products are CE-marked or comply with every European standard. For each product line and each project we identify the applicable standards, obtain the relevant test reports and certificates from the manufacturer, and state clearly what is confirmed and what is still open.
Product standards
Equipment is designed and tested to IEC standards; the corresponding EN standards and EU regulations relevant to the installation country are identified during requirement review. Typical references:
| Equipment | Typical standards | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Power transformers | IEC 60076, EN 50588, EU 2019/1783 (Ecodesign) | To be confirmed per product |
| MV/HV switchgear | IEC 62271 series, IEC 61869 | To be confirmed per product |
| LV assemblies | IEC 61439, IEC 60947 | To be confirmed per product |
| Cables | IEC 60502, IEC 60840, EN 50575 (CPR) | To be confirmed per product |
| Prefabricated substations | IEC 62271-202, IEC 61936-1 | To be confirmed per product |
| Renewable / grid equipment | EN 50549, RfG 2016/631, national grid codes | To be confirmed per project |
Test reports and certificates
Type test reports, routine test reports and third-party certificates are obtained from the manufacturer for the specific product type offered. Where a certificate from a European or internationally recognised laboratory exists, it is referenced; where it does not, this is stated and the route to compliance is discussed with the customer.
[PLACEHOLDER] Manufacturer’s quality certificates (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and product certificates to be listed here after authorisation.
Quality management
[PLACEHOLDER] Description of the manufacturer’s quality management system, inspection and test plan practice, and JP Green Energy’s own quality procedures for order handling, document control and non-conformity reporting.
Technical documentation
Standard documentation package per order: datasheets, dimensional drawings, test reports, operation and maintenance manuals, declarations of conformity where applicable. Documentation language: English as standard; Slovak and other languages per agreement.
Project-specific compliance verification
For each project we prepare a compliance matrix: required standards and certificates (from the customer, the grid operator or national law) against the evidence available from the manufacturer. Open items are tracked until closed or formally accepted as deviations. The matrix is part of the quotation.
Data and document confidentiality
Customer drawings, specifications and project data are treated as confidential and shared with the manufacturer only to the extent necessary, after the customer has been informed, and under confidentiality obligations. See the Privacy Notice for data protection details.
