Solutions

Commercial & Infrastructure

Power distribution for data centres, logistics hubs, hospitals, transport infrastructure and large commercial buildings.

01

Customer challenge

  • High availability requirements (redundancy, N+1, selectivity)
  • Coordination between building services design and power equipment supply
  • Space constraints call for compact or prefabricated solutions
  • Strict fire, EMC and building regulation requirements

03

Services

  • Review of electrical concept and redundancy requirements
  • Selection of dry-type transformers and compact switchgear for indoor installation
  • Coordination of fire performance and CPR documentation for cables
  • Delivery scheduling aligned with construction milestones

The situation we usually meet

Building projects have tight footprints, high availability targets and many parties — investor, general contractor, MEP designer, operator. Power equipment must fit the building, the schedule and the operator’s maintenance practice.

How we help

We work with the MEP designer’s documents to specify indoor transformers, MV switchgear and LV switchboards that fit the available rooms and the redundancy concept, and we confirm with the manufacturer the fire, EMC and documentation requirements of the installation country.

What you receive

  • Equipment specification matched to the building design
  • Confirmed dimensions, weights and installation requirements
  • Delivery plan coordinated with the general contractor
  • Documentation for handover and operation
